SHIPPING POLICY

NEEDLE FELTED SCULPTURES

All needle felted sculptures are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 5–10 days for your piece to be lovingly created before it is shipped.

Each sculpture is thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly materials to protect it on its journey. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking details provided once your parcel is on its way.

Sending a gift?
I'm happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping using natural materials and include a handwritten note. Just leave your message in the checkout notes, and I’ll take care of the rest.

FELTED WALL HANGINGS

Felted wall hangings are lovingly packaged and shipped either framed or unframed, depending on your selection at checkout.

Framed pieces do not include glass—this preserves the soft, tactile quality of the wool and avoids damage in transit. Each piece is wrapped with care and shipped in a sturdy, protective cardboard box.

 

📦 Shipping Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

I do ship internationally, however due to import regulations and restrictions, I’m currently unable to ship to the European Union, Northern Ireland.

Currently shipping to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom (excl. Northern Ireland), New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and a selection of others. If your country isn't listed, please contact me before placing your order.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or error.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll do my best to resolve it—either with a replacement, repair, or refund.
