How often do you release new pieces?
I create and release small handmade collections every 2 -3 months. These pieces are inspired by seasonal shifts, natural textures, and the joy of slow making. All items are one-of-a-kind so be sure to join my email list or follow me on Instagram to stay in the loop!
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you have a special idea in mind or want something personalized, feel free to get in touch. I’ll let you know what’s possible and how long it might take.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order—please allow 5–10 business days for crafting before your piece is shipped. If your order is time-sensitive, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
I also release limited ready-to-ship handmade collections every 2–3 months. These items are pre-made and usually ship within 2–3 business days. Look for the "Ready to Ship" label in the shop for faster delivery options!
Where do you ship from?
All items are handmade and shipped from my studio in Brisbane, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to many countries outside Australia—but currently not to countries in the European Union and Northern Ireland due to recent changes under the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). I'm a small, independent maker and unfortunately not set up at this time to meet the new requirements.

Currently shipping to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom (excl. Northern Ireland), New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and a selection of others. If your country isn't listed, please contact me before placing your order.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my order?
Yes—once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade with care, I don’t accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s a problem, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
How should I care for my felted items?
Felted creations are delicate by nature. Keep them away from water and handle with care. If they get a bit fuzzy over time, you can gently trim loose fibers with small scissors.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! I offer simple, eco-friendly gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout if your order is a gift, and I’ll include a hand-written tag too.
