How often do you release new pieces?

I create and release small handmade collections every 2 -3 months.  These pieces are inspired by seasonal shifts, natural textures, and the joy of slow making.  All items are one-of-a-kind so be sure to join my email list or follow me on Instagram to stay in the loop!

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you have a special idea in mind or want something personalized, feel free to get in touch. I’ll let you know what’s possible and how long it might take.

How should I care for my felted items?

Each piece is lovingly handcrafted from natural wool, and with a little care, it will stay beautiful for many years to come.

1. Keep them dry
Wool felting doesn’t like water. Avoid displaying your pieces in damp areas (like bathrooms) and never wash or soak them.

2. Gentle dusting
Use a soft brush, a gentle puff of air, or even a piece of sticky tape dabbed lightly to remove dust. For framed or hooped pictures, a light blow with a cool hairdryer also works.

3. Avoid direct sunlight
Wool is a natural material and can fade over time. Place your artwork away from strong, direct sunlight to preserve its colors.

4. Handle with care
Felted sculptures and portraits are soft and delicate. Try not to squeeze, pull, or bend them. Always pick them up gently by their base or frame.

5. Keep away from pets and moths
Cats (and curious dogs!) might love the wool as much as you do, so display your pieces out of reach. To protect from moths, you can keep a little lavender sachet nearby.

6. Long-term care
If your felted sculpture ever gets slightly fuzzy, you can trim loose fibers carefully with small scissors.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items are made to order—please allow 5–10 business days for crafting before your piece is shipped. If your order is time-sensitive, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

I also release limited ready-to-ship handmade collections every 2–3 months. These items are pre-made and usually ship within 2–3 business days. Look for the "Ready to Ship" label in the shop for faster delivery options!

Where do you ship from?

All items are handmade and shipped from my studio in Brisbane, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship to Australia and New Zealand.  

Unfortunately, due to recent changes under the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and new imposed tariffs I do not ship to countries in the European Union, Northern Ireland and the United States.   I'm a small, independent maker and unfortunately not set up at this time to meet the new requirements.

Can I track my order?

Yes—once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is handmade with care, I don’t accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s a problem, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! I offer simple, eco-friendly gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout if your order is a gift, and I’ll include a hand-written tag too.
